On-Hire : When a vessel is being hired (chartered) by a charterer for a specific period, this vessel is in need to pyramids’ surveyors to identify its condition including the vessel’s hull, cranes, deck equipment, cargo spaces, and other relevant areas. They document the vessel’s condition through written reports, photographs, and sometimes video recordings. The surveyor checks for damages, signs of wear and tear, structural integrity, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Off – Hire: When the vessel complete the hire time, this vessel is in need to pyramids’ surveyors to attend on board in order to inspect all items which had mentioned at the On Hire survey and make sure the vessel re delivery to his Owner in same condition .
